Hello everyone-
I just wanted to reach out for another update on the COVID-19 pandemic. According to MA Dental Society guidelines and governor Baker, we will open for phase 1 beginning Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 for emergent/near emergent care.Routine care appointments will be able to resume during phase 2 or 3 with no set date, according to Bakers reopening plan. As of May 18, 2020, we are stil only seeing emergency care. Before appointments, we will remind you to please fill out our covid-19 screening questionaire that is on our website www.zervasdentistry.com for existing/new patients at the top of our page. If there was no changes in your patient information, you can skip filling out that part online. If you have trouble with filling out the forms online for any reason, we can also verbally screen you over the phone.
Once you reach the office for your appointment, please give the office a call to notify us that you arrived, and we will make sure you have filled out your screening questionnaire before you come in. Please make sure to wear a mask and leave any belongings you may not need in the car.
We ask that you please have patience with us as we adjust our schedule during this time of unknown. We are doing our very best to reach out to all patients for scheduling needs. Appointments may be subject to change as time goes on and more guidelines are released.
