Meet The Team

Theodore Zervas, DMD

In 1995, Dr. Zervas began his private practice in Greenfield, Massachusetts and since has been committed to providing quality care. He is dedicated to delivering gentle dentistry and individualizing treatment for his patients. He received a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1987. He then went on to Oregon Health Sciences University to receive a DMD degree in 1991. Dr. Zervas served as a dentist in the army from 1991 to 1994. He received the Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He is a current member of the American Dental Association and focuses on comprehensive dentistry. The recognition of an inner life and spirituality is an important part of Dr. Zervas’ thinking.

Hannah Pachalis, RDH / Compliance Manager
Hannah has worked at our office since 2013 and is a graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College where she obtained a degree in Dental Hygiene. Before attending MWCC, Hannah had attended and graduated from Springfield Technical Community College’s Dental Assisting Program where she earned the status “Expanded Functions Dental Assistant”. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Heath Administration from UMASS Amherst. She is a current member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and our in office bleaching specialist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and family.

Melissa Goulet, RDH / Practice Manager
Melissa is a 2018 graduate from Springfield Technical Community College where she obtained a degree in dental hygiene. She has worked at ZervasDentistry since 2015 as an expanded function dental assistant. In her spare time she likes to travel as much as she can as well as spend time with family, friends, and her two kittens: Jess and Juliette.

April Quirk, RDH
April is a 2017 graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College where she obtained a degree in Dental Hygiene. She also achieved a degree in 2010 for dental assisting from Porter and Chester. In her spare time, she likes to be with her family and children.

Jessica Cloukey, EFDA / Sedation Coordinator
Jessica has worked in the office for a little over a year as a dental assistant. Jessica is a 2015 graduate from the dental assisting program at Mount Wachusett Community College. She is currently in the process of working on getting her dental assisting certification to become an expanded function dental assistant. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her children and dog.

Michaela Volk, DA, Scheduling Coordinator
Michaela joined us in 2020 as a dental assistant that has been training on the job. Since then she has expanded her skills and enjoys helping with sedation. In her spare time, she likes to be with family, friends, and her 2 dogs and cat.

Alicia Bauer, DA
Alicia is our newest addition who started in our office in April of 2021 as a dental assistant and has been training on the job. She plans on continuing her education in the dental field in the near future. Alicia loves her family and enjoys spending as much time as possible with them. She loves playing outside with her children and dog, Honey. And loves cooking out when her husband grills steak, summer is her favorite.
She also enjoys the beach, that’s her happy place.

Mackenize Smith, DA
Mackenzie joined the team in 2022 as an on the job trained dental assistant. The past year she has expanded her skills, and is now taking classes to become a dental hygienist in the future. She likes spending time with her two dogs and family. In her free time she likes to be outside and hiking.

Sarah Arsenault, DA
Sarah joined the team in 2022 as an on the job trained dental assistant. She plans on expanding her knowledge in the dental field. In her free time she likes to spend time with her daughter and family. One of her favorite hobbies is cooking and baking, and finding cool restaurants and spots to eat.

Katelyn Lauristen, DA
Katelyn joined our team as a dental assistant on the job trained in early 2023. She graduated from UMass Amherst in 2023 with a degree in biology. Since then, she has rapidly expanded her skills in the office for various procedures in assisting. In the up coming future, she plans to apply to dental school.

Hattie Harvey, DA
Hattie started at Zervas dentistry in 2019 as an on the job trained dental assistant and is working towards becoming a dental hygienist. She enjoys spending her time with her family and boating on the Connecticut river when the weather is nice.

Emma Hubert, FTDA/Business Coordinator
Emma graduated from Araneta University with a Bachelors in Accounting. She holds an Associates in Administrative Assistance. Emma is a Formally Trained Dental Assistant from Springfield Technical Community College. In her free time, she helps run a non-profit organization. She enjoys exercising, hanging out with her family, friends, and her dog, Nigel.
