Zervas Dentistry Policy Regarding- Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Updated 3/30/2021

We at Zervas Dentistry strive to meet the care of our patients. Patients who have not had recent contact with someone who has tested positive for the Coronavirus should keep their scheduled appointments. Our office is open and able to provide dental care for our patient’s needs.

With guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control, we are taking steps to make sure our offices remain a safe place for every patient and to reduce your risk of being exposed to Coronavirus.

All patients prior to your appointment please review these questions and let us know if any apply to you:

  • Have you had close contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus?
  • Have you recently traveled/or have you had close contact with someone who recently traveled out of state/internationally?
  • Do you have symptoms related to COVID-19 including fever (greater than 99 degrees), cough or shortness of breath?

Masks must be worn at all times until seated in the operatory. Prior to treatment in our office, we will be checking temperatures of each patient prior to treatment. Any patient with a temperature of 99 degrees or above we will be unable to treat at that time. We also will have patients fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to treatment. We are following standard procedures with enhanced hygiene measures in the office.

Patients, as well as staff members with a high suspicion of Coronavirus exposure will be asked to remain at home. We will be able to reschedule any cancelations due to sickness to a later date.

If you have questions about the Coronavirus, please visit the Centers for Disease Control website

Thank you from all of us at Zervas Dentistry for all your understanding and patience at this time.
